Harry Potter time!

I had a request for a Harry Potter cake, not haven seen the movie this was interesting! I had to rely on Pinterest....LOL I didn't want the cake to look too grown up since it was for a very girly girl, so I came up with this!

I made his hair out of a sugar sheet, because I hate to deal with black and icing. I used wilton's black decorating icing tube for the glasses and eyes to help. 

 

The red scarf is made out of candy clay while the yellow stripes are just icing. The wings on the snitch are white chocolate.  

The broom is simply a pretzel rod for the stick part and brown icing for the bristles.
